• Event Booking Information

Thank you for considering Andalusian Court as a venue for your upcoming event. We hope you choose to share your special day with us at our very unique and beautiful property. The following information may assist you in planning your event.

The site fee for an event is $3,000.00 for an event consisting of up to 50 guest’s total, including the guest registered at the hotel, plus the cost of the rental of all seven Villas. The site fee for events held at the property includes ordinary clean-up of the property, and the use of the grounds. Any additional set up and cleaning up of the villas and/or grounds will incur charges at the discretion of the hotel management. The Andalusian Courts role in your event is solely to provide you with the property for your event. The site fee does not include any vendors or participation in your event of any type.

Full payment for the event including all Villa is due at the time of booking. If payment is to be made by multiple parties we will extend a 7 day grace period for full payment to be received. After the seven day grace period has ended if the balance has not been paid in full the client who originally booked the event gives the Andalusian Court permission to charge their credit card for the remaining balance due. Payment is eligible for a full refund if cancellation of the event is given at least 90 days prior to the event date. If cancellation occurs after the 90 day policy, the payment will not be refunded and is not transferable.

Events held Sunday thru Thursday will require all seven Villas to be booked by the client for the day of the event. Events held on Friday or Saturday will require all seven of our villas to be booked by the client for a minimum of two nights. Due to certain holidays some dates may require additional night minimums.

The Villas and the grounds of Andalusian Court are completely non-smoking.

The client is responsible for any loss or damages incurred by guests and/or vendors of the client to the property and grounds of Andalusian Court. All vendors of the client must be fully insured, licensed, and bonded.

As our property is located in a residential neighborhood, all events held at Andalusian Court must conclude by 10pm. Please note we cannot have any amplified music of any kind. All unregistered guests of the hotel must vacate the premises by 11pm.
